Insurance:
Peter is an out of network provider for all major insurance companies.
As an out of network provider, his office will submit claims electronically on your behalf and work with you to make sure you maximize your out of network benefit. Peter’s fee is $200.00 per session and he requires payment in full at the time of service.
Your insurance company will process the claims according to your out of network benefit and send any potential reimbursement directly to the policyholder. The amount of this reimbursement varies depending on your plan and can be found by calling the customer service number on the back of your insurance card.
Cancellation Policy:
Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled within 24-hours in advance of the scheduled session, otherwise you will be charged the full session fee.
